Rewriting the “I Am” Story.
For many, old beliefs like “I am not enough” or “I am not worthy” are rising to the surface, not to punish you, but to be rewritten.
These were never your truths. They were inherited, absorbed, or learned long before you knew your own value.
Lately the energy is asking us to pay close attention to the statements we attach to “I Am”. For many, old beliefs like “I am not enough” or “I am not worthy” are rising to the surface, not to punish you, but to be rewritten.
These were never your truths. They were inherited, absorbed, or learned long before you knew your own value. Today’s shift invites a powerful reframe. I was not taught my worth. I wasn’t shown how to see my gifts. These statements free you from taking ownership of an identity that was never yours.
“I Am” is sacred, creative energy. When used intentionally, it becomes a declaration of change. I am discovering my worth. I am remembering I have always been enough. I am choosing to rise. And when you pair “I Am” with “I Will”, conviction awakens. “I will” choose differently.
“I will” walk forward with faith.
“I will” become who I was meant to be.
This shift is like placing a new battery in an old machine, you begin to move again. Faith redirected renews. Courage expands so that true confidence grows. You are moving from the emotional body into the mental and spiritual body, and in that space you finally see the old beliefs were imitations of truth, not your truth.
Rise bravely and gently. You can become new again.
