The Healing Waters of Emotional Intelligence

I sit in my own rawness of truths and in the depth of love beyond the emotional attachments of love. Sitting with the heart’s infinite wisdom and intelligence that speaks a deeper unmotivated truth. Truths that can’t be passed off by sweeping life under the rug until numb.
Numbing your feelings will never heal them. Numbing requires more effort to suppress than addressing truths. Nurturing versus numbing. Truths sting and bring change but that change can release you from the past and bring a sense of joy that may appear as virtuous pride.
It’s tempting to drift into avoidance when the emotional tides rise, to busy ourselves, spiritualize away the pain, or intellectualize our way out of discomfort. But Scorpio energy doesn’t allow that. Scorpio, the deep water sign of transformation, invites us beneath the surface, into the depths where truth lives.
This Scorpio energy is asking us to stop hiding, stop distracting, and start feeling, deeply, honestly, and with love. Scorpio, the water sign of transformation, calls us beneath the surface of our emotions to meet the truth we’ve been avoiding.
Emotional intelligence is the sacred skill of directing your emotions instead of projecting them. It’s the awareness that your emotions are not your enemies, they’re energy in motion, asking to be understood, not suppressed.
Heart intelligence is when that emotional awareness aligns with compassion and presence. It’s feeling deeply without drowning, holding space for love even in the storm.

Are you using your energy to connect or to control?
Transformation begins the moment you allow yourself to feel, not to fix, but to flow. Let the waters of Scorpio renew you, not consume you.
