As I record this energy update, we find ourselves standing at a significant threshold. Today marks the final day of Chiron's influence in Aries before it begins its transition into Taurus. Astrologically, I could tell you about the mythology and symbolism of this shift, but what feels most important to share is the personal experience of having lived through this cycle myself.

I am a Chiron in Aries, and over the past eight years I have walked this journey alongside many of you. It has been one of the rawest, most transformative periods of my life. It was during this time that More Than Existing™ came to life. It was during this time that I was invited, sometimes willingly and sometimes not so willingly, to travel deep within myself and face what remained unresolved.

When that door first opened, I don't think I truly understood where it would lead. I didn't know what would be stripped away, what would be revealed, or how much of who I thought I was would be challenged. Looking back now, I can see that Chiron in Aries exposed every layer of false confidence I carried. It revealed the ways I adapted myself to fit in, belong, and gain approval. It brought awareness to the armor, protection mechanisms, and survival patterns that had quietly shaped so much of my life.

What I discovered was that confidence and self-worth are not always the same thing. I believed I was confident, yet underneath were patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and the constant feeling that nothing I created was ever quite good enough. There was always another version of myself I thought I needed to become. There was always another layer of improvement I believed I needed to achieve before I could finally feel satisfied.

The deeper I traveled into this healing journey, however, the more I realized that empowerment is not about self-improvement. Spiritual growth is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering who you truly are beneath all the conditioning, expectations, and protective layers you've accumulated along the way.

As this chapter begins to close, I feel a mixture of emotions. There is gratitude for everything I have learned. There is relief in recognizing how far I have come. There is even a sense of celebration. Yet there is also a feeling of melancholy because endings, even beautiful endings, remind us that change is inevitable. Something is ending, and something new is beginning.

That leaves me wondering what wisdom you are carrying forward from the past eight years. What truths have you uncovered about yourself? What patterns have you broken free from? What habits have changed? What version of yourself have you remembered? These are important questions because the answers are the gifts that this journey leaves behind.

As we look beyond this transition, it is impossible to ignore the energy that has been moving through June. To be completely honest, June has felt chaotic. Nothing has felt particularly consistent. Everything seems to have moved in waves, creating a sense of unpredictability and disruption. We've witnessed that energy personally and collectively. Yet despite the turbulence, I can feel a shift beginning to emerge.

As we move toward July, the energy feels different. June has carried a strong air quality to it, but July feels more fiery. Jupiter's movement from Cancer into Leo is part of that transition. For many Cancer placements, this may feel like stepping off a moving walkway. The momentum and support that has felt readily available may begin to change. That isn't necessarily a negative thing. It simply means the lesson is evolving. What you gained during this period now becomes something you carry with you rather than something carrying you forward.

The Leo energy arriving feels proud, bold, and expressive. It keeps showing itself to me like a lion confidently entering a room. This energy asks us to examine what we are truly proud of. It asks whether our choices genuinely enhance our lives and whether they reflect our values. It shifts our focus away from chasing and toward embodying. There is a restoration of authentic confidence taking place, one rooted not in performance but in self-respect and conviction.

At the same time, we may also witness an increase in ego-driven behavior and false confidence. Both energies are likely to emerge side by side. One is rooted in fear and protection. The other is rooted in the soul. Learning to recognize the difference between them will become increasingly important.

Another strong theme appearing now revolves around family, relationships, and peace. Yet this is not peace through avoidance. It is peace through truth. Families cannot heal when no one is willing to speak honestly. Relationships cannot heal when no one is willing to listen. Healing begins when people feel safe enough to express what they are feeling and why they are feeling it.

Too often we dismiss another person's experience because it doesn't align with our own. Yet something can be true for someone even when it is not true for us. This energy is encouraging us to create space for difficult conversations, honest communication, and deeper understanding. Peace is not created through silence. Peace is created through listening.

As Chiron enters Taurus, I keep sensing the beginning of a new chapter. It feels like fresh ground beneath our feet. Yet new beginnings do not always require new people. Sometimes the new beginning arrives within the relationships and circumstances already present in our lives. Sometimes what is required is not replacement but resolution. We cannot continue carrying old resentments, unspoken words, and unresolved experiences while expecting something new to emerge. To create space for growth, we must first clear what has been lingering.

One of the strongest messages coming through this week is movement. Things that have felt delayed, blocked, or stalled are beginning to gain momentum. Projects, contracts, opportunities, purchases, and plans that seemed stuck may suddenly begin moving forward. The energy feels as though a traffic jam is clearing. What has been waiting is now finding its way into motion.

There is also a larger collective message surfacing around the idea of shrinking. We are constantly being encouraged to shrink our dreams, shrink our expectations, shrink our lives, and shrink ourselves. Yet everything about this energy says the opposite. We are too big to shrink. We cannot continue making ourselves smaller to fit systems, narratives, or expectations that no longer serve us.

There is a healthy rebellion emerging. A remembering. A reclaiming of space. People are beginning to trust themselves again. They are planting their feet more firmly into their own intuition, wisdom, and truth. Like wildflowers spreading across a field, we are beginning to occupy space again. Once something awakens, it cannot simply be placed back into a box.

This is also why discernment is becoming so important. We are living in a time where narratives, opinions, and fears are constantly being sold to us. Emotional intelligence and critical thinking are essential. Anything built on a strong foundation can withstand questions. Truth is never threatened by curiosity. The more willing we are to question, observe patterns, and think for ourselves, the less vulnerable we become to manipulation and fear-based influence.

As we move toward July, I do feel the intensity increasing. Things are heating up. Changes are accelerating. Some chapters will come to abrupt endings while others begin unexpectedly. Many of us are navigating territory we have never experienced before. No one has all the answers, and that's okay. We are learning as we go.

Within that uncertainty lies tremendous opportunity. There is growth emerging through the disruption. There is awakening emerging through the challenge. There is wisdom emerging through the change. The invitation now is to trust yourself more deeply, to stop shrinking, and to remember who you are beneath all the noise.

This next chapter is not asking you to become someone new. It is asking you to remember who you have been all along.
