Heal the Heart. Harmonize the Mind. Return to Wholeness

When the heart is unhealed and the mind is in duality, they feed each other in a loop of mistrust, fear, and control. The heart says, “Protect me,” and the mind says, “Then don’t trust anyone.” Together, they build a prison made of survival patterns

All can become confused and misused when someone is operating and manifesting from an unhealed heart and mind.

Last night as I was about to go to bed I felt the need to shutout the world. Oh, if only the world could see through my mystical insight. What could be possible if the madness of the mind and the hurts of the heart could heal and not be so blended with propaganda created from the stories people tell themselves? The stories that become the truths that dictate the direction and projection of their thoughts. When the duality, the dance and the fragility with trust and truth becomes so overpowering that the spiritual responsibility of one truth is blurred out.

We are being invited in the shaky July energy to explore the implications of an unhealed heart and the duality of the mind; to reach deep into our emotional, spiritual, and even physical well-being. They influence how we relate to others, how we perceive truth, and how we interpret the world around us. This often leads to distorting reality to match the inner wounding we’ve not yet resolved. Living in the duality with the opposing invisible, yet powerful forces.

Waking this morning I felt distorted, as I walked out and realized I had closed myself in with not a bit of sunshine coming in as the morning sun was shining. Upset about nothing and everything I stumbled outside. As I stood this morning in the centre of my lawn I wanted to sit and just cry. I felt the exhaustion of a lifetime of judgment, fears, and the wars and battles I have had to go into; ones with myself, and the ones to defend and protect myself. I felt the vulnerability and how alone, but not alone, I am in my world. The fragility of how our safety and life is in the hands of egomaniacs with a power no one human should ever hold.

Standing in my way past its expiration date robe, I thought about all I have ever wanted to do was help heal the unhealed heart in myself and guide others to do the same. Everything feels so big around me and I am feeling so small. I have moved beyond the language of fear and intimidation is the language that’s become my vocabulary. I am so tired of existing in a world where numbing is the solution instead of healing the unhealed heart. Providing more and more knowledge to the shadow’s desires which becomes power to manipulate and control the narrative of the stories in the mind. Breathing deeply and feeling the words as I climbed back up the hill to our home with little old Jazzy (my yorkie) in tow, I felt the tears and the gratitude blending. We will never ever truly know how unkind humans can be until you can truly see how unkind we are to even ourselves.

We are so small in such a big world, but imagine the impact we can truly make from a healed heart, one that sees through the eyes and the heart of the divine. I guess I simply cannot be desensitized.

An unhealed heart often operates from past pain, betrayal, abandonment, or grief. It becomes a filter through which all love, trust, and connection must pass. There are many implications to the unresolved, unreleased hurts. Mistrust becomes the default, even when someone is showing up with good intentions. Too often people confuse safety and comfort, and being comfortable, and calling it love. It is not the same as being safely you in love.

Love feels unsafe, so we either avoid it, sabotage it, or cling to it with fear. An unhealed habit is to personalize everything, believing rejection or criticism confirms our deepest wounds. Constructive criticism becomes the grounds for personal shutdown and hate. This one is bigger than most know! Projection replaces presence, instead of seeing others as they are, we see reflections of those who hurt us.

Spiritually, the unhealed heart blocks the flow of divine love. It’s like trying to hear Spirit through a fogged window—messages get blurred, distorted, or filtered through fear and pain. So many have such a desire to help others, to save or fix others, while ignoring and neglecting their personal responsibility with walking the inner journey.

We exist in a forever duality with the mind. The mind naturally splits everything into either/or, right vs. wrong, good vs. bad, safe vs. dangerous. It’s designed for survival but that’s not necessarily for truth and doesn’t make something a divine truth. Judgement and criticism are created from here. Indecision and inner conflict become constant companions when the duality of the unhealed continues.

Spiritual disconnection arises when logic tries to override intuition and too often this is where our shame is cultivated. Judgment and comparison dominate, keeping us trapped in ego-led narratives. How often are we comparing ourselves against another, providing the “not enough” evidence to create the distorted views? How often do others compare us to others and not appreciate the individuality and authenticity? We live in the illusion of separation, from others, spirit, and even parts of ourselves.

When the heart is unhealed and the mind is in duality, they feed each other in a loop of mistrust, fear, and control. The heart says, “Protect me,” and the mind says, “Then don’t trust anyone.” Together, they build a prison made of survival patterns. To heal the heart is to soften the voice of the wounded ego.

To unify the mind is to allow higher awareness to hold both truths: You were hurt, and you are healing. You can protect yourself, and you can open again. When heart and mind move together in harmony, you shift into wholeness, where power is loving, trust is wise, and your soul leads the way.

Today’s energy asks: What are you doing with what you know? We live in a time where knowledge is everywhere, but wisdom? That still requires discernment. Power isn’t always loud, and responsibility doesn’t always feel fair. Yet, spiritually, every piece of information we carry, every truth we speak (or stay silent about), holds weight.

Knowledge is a gift but it is also filled with interpretation, personal views, and opinions. But it’s also a mirror. What you learn reveals not just the world, but who you are becoming. It can also very much show you who you don’t want to become. What power is, is the ability to act, to influence. But without a grounded heart and mature intention, power can distort more than it heals. Responsibility is where the soul meets choice and our ability to choose. It’s not just about what’s in your hands but how you hold it.

Trust is sacred currency. Who you give it to matters. Where you place your trust carves energetic agreements, seen and unseen. Spiritually, every “yes” and “no” sets something into motion. Be mindful of who you’re aligning with and what you’re co-signing energetically. Life sometimes feels lonely when you are relearning how to trust yourself. It will never be about “How will I know if I can trust?” It will be a clear statement “I can trust me and my healed inner compass.”

Today remember this: you don’t owe everyone access to your inner world just because they appear trustworthy. Let intuition be the gatekeeper. If you’re holding knowledge that feels too heavy or power that feels misaligned, pause and ask, “Is this mine to carry? Is this meant to be shared, or protected?”

I have spent too many years carrying the hurts and secrets of myself and others, that when I began to truly heal I had no idea what was mine and what was that of another. Life simple is… Responsibilities are collective…

Healing is “soul-ly” your sacred journey back to trusting the wisdom that speaks in the whispers of silence. Today, choose to be responsible for your energy before you’re responsible for anyone else’s.

That’s the real spiritual flex and true spiritual integrity. Wholeness!

Much love,
