Time for an Attitude Adjustment?

Today’s energy highlights your attitude and the challenges of being single-focused. The energy is taking the collective through a massive attitude adjustment, not a negative or a positive-just a possibility of opening up to new perspectives and possibilities.
Imagine a life beyond the places of the mind where you are rigid in your thoughts and beliefs. What is possible if you could at least take a peep through a wider lens? Your attitude matters. The lens you choose to see the world through matters. Your mind is a kaleidoscope of thoughts, memories, beliefs and stories and a good portion never began as your own. When you adjust the attitude those thoughts that once consumed you, changes.
Every day we are offered countless experiences, some small, some life-shifting. What we carry into them, our beliefs, our fears, our hope, or our willingness to see possibility, shapes the way we live them.
If the lens is cloudy with resentment, fear, or judgment, then even the brightest of moments can feel heavy. But when we clean that lens with compassion, gratitude, and truth, life shows us a very different reflection.
This is where presence becomes essential. And yet, one of the biggest challenges many of us face is being single-focused. When we fixate on one outcome, one opinion, or one way of seeing things, we close ourselves off to the bigger picture. That tunnel vision narrows life down, and suddenly everything has to fit into the story we’ve already decided is true.
But energy doesn’t flow well in a tight box. The universe, life, Spirit, it all asks us to stay open, flexible, and willing to shift perspective. The lens we look through needs space, not rigidity.
So today, notice where you may be holding too tightly to a single focus. Are you convinced things can only work out one way? Are you only seeing what confirms your story? Or are you willing to step back, soften your gaze, and allow life to show you possibilities you hadn’t even imagined?
The outer world reflects the inner lens. The shift starts not with what’s happening around you, but with how you decide to meet it. Replace fear with curiosity. Replace self-doubt with gentleness. And instead of simply existing through the day, choose to see it with a heart that is open to more. This is the power of living a life of More Than Existing—it’s not about perfection, but about presence. It’s about choosing to see life through the lens that allows you to grow, heal, and become who you are meant to be.
So ask yourself these questions and allow space for a deeper honesty to speak.

Am I narrowing my vision, or opening to something greater?
